Oboe Reed Health Tips 

Wash your hands before and after handling your oboe or reeds.  

Only play on your own oboe reeds.  Do not share reeds.

Use clean, fresh water in a clean container to soak your oboe reeds. 

Wash your water container with soap and water after each and EVERY use.  

Disinfect your oboe reeds after illness to prevent reinfection.
